Red Mill House
Daintree Bed and Breakfast accomodation in Daintree Village combines the splendour of an original tropical Queenslander home built by a pioneering family, and Tremaine, a tastefully designed modern addition.

Set in a 1.5 acre tropical rainforest garden that has been progressively planted over more than 50 years, each ensuite room has a spacious verandah overlooking the garden. Breakfast on the verandah is a birdwatching experience in itself with a variety of Honeyeaters, Yellow-Bellied Sunbird, Mistletoe Bird and a pair of Orange-footed Scrubfowl who have made Red Mill House their home.

Red Mill House is conveniently located for many nature based activities, and it is a short distance to many of the Daintree River cruise boats, both for bird watching and for general interest and crocodile spotting. Local guided rainforest walks are also available from the village.
